Zibo Baogang Lingzhi Rare Earth Hi-tech Co.Ltd was found in April 1994.In June 2003,the co***ny became a partially-owned subsidiary of China Northern Rare Earth Group(Inner Mongolia Baogang Rare Earth Hi-tech Co.Ltd).In march 2009,the co***ny carried out shareholding reform and was listed at Tianjin Equity Exchange. .In 2012 the co***ny successfully passed the special examination for environmental protection of the rare earth industry conducted by the Ministry Of Environmental Protection. At the end of the same year, the co***ny became one of the first enterises which were permitted to engage in the rare earth business by the Ministry of Industry ang Information Technology.
The co***ny now has four factories which cover an area of more than 600 mu. The annual sales revenue is over 1 billion yuan. There are more than 1,000 employees, of whom 35% are technical school graduates or above, and 17% are professional technicians.
The co***ny adopts the only alkaline method used in rare earth
production in China. The co***ny can annually produce 25,000 tons of
mixed rare earth chlorides, 25,000 tons of mixed rare earth chlorides,
1,500 tons of rare earth metals, 2,000 tons of polishing powder, 700 tons
of P507 extraction agent and 1,200 tons of OPE membranes. The products.mainly include salts and oxides of La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Eu2O3, Tb2O3, Dy2O3,PrNd metal, rare earth polishing powder and P507 extraction agents.
